Holden a rep?

It's a possibility, although I don't give much credibility to the idea that the "eye effect" means that a person is a replicant. Perhaps I missed this in the movie, but I don't recall seeing either Roy Batty's or Leon's eyes having the effect you talk about, but they were indeed replicants. So far as this issue goes, some people might say that all of the characters in the movie were replicants. It wouldn't surprise me for someone to assert that Earth is a slowly disentegrating penal colony for replicants and that most humans live Off-world, where replicants are forbidden. After all, the "nothing is what it seems" theme runs deep in this movie.<BR><BR>Keep in mind, however, that these are not my opinions, but they are possibilities.

The eye glowing thing was done on purpose to show who the reps were. Read "Future Noir"

Everyone in the movie is a replicant. DUH!

Getting a liiittle back on topic, has anyone never noticed how Deckard and Holden (and McCoy, for that matter) are just a little <!-- BBCode Start --><I>too</I><!-- BBCode End --> similar, both in appearance and voice. Do you think they were all made togther?

Personally, I could understand if Holden was a Replicant. Although I disagree with the claim of Deckard being a Replicant, the idea of Holden being one makes the "Deckard a Replicant" claim more plausible. Because now Holden knows Deckard is a Rep, and Holden wouldn't move to reire Deckard because they're "brothers" so to speak. Although I would like to see more story centered around Holden. I liked the guy and they eliminated him five minutes into the film!

I've always believed that the eye deal is just created by certain lights and camera techniques such as pulling the focus, and that you guys are making a big deal over lights shining in someones eye but that's just me
