Have we outgrown this board?

i have my own idea about those blade runner haters....ill leave it to your imaginations.

ive read most of what people were saying in some discussions, and saying stuff like ridley has no idea what he's doing, and how he completely screwed up blade runner with the director's cut. its all rubbish and closed-minded little fools.

have we outgrown it? certainly not. in the past 2 weeks ive seen a big surge in new members (well, a few at least) and new threads and replies up the wazoo.

oh, and this was on another thread, but ill post it here. this is *****THE******* blade runner site. 2019 off-world is old, outdated, and full of broken links, this site is going out of date, but it has active forums to keeps people updated.

I assure you that the "haters" (or those who think BR is a borefest) keep the discussion alive. It's a natural process. If we all agree on something, then the conversation is bound to end at a certain point.

the thing is, new members such as i may not have had the opportunity to check and to be aware of covored topics that do not need resurfacing. however, something that is within everyones control on this site is being aware of the possibilities and therefore only responding to what theyve read as their input?? bad idea/proposal???

i would hope that we all agree tht this movie is most definately a "borefest". sometimes movie goers boil don to two classes concerning BR, the sleepers and those tht can't get enough. is there really an in-between???
