UT2003 owners, look here.

I've recently found this very cool UT2003 Deathmatch level. It's called DM-2019, by AngelHeart. Basically, it's 2019 LA condenced into a very, very cool map.
It's a rather large download, so modem users better free up some time (I'm on a modem and I did it).
You can download it here.
And, for those of you in doubt, here's some of my screenshots of the map.
It's reccomended.

Wow. Looks like I'll have to buy UT2003...

...oh, and a new PC to run it on ;)

I wonder what it would take to make a single player mod for that, where you hunt reps down and stuff! Course it would probably have a terrible framerate with all the stuff needed to give it the BR feel. Still......I really like this and will pick up UT2003 for this map.

Wow - that's so good it's eerie... Seriously, I play Unreal Tournament (not v2003 alas - my rig isn't fast enough to support the newest version) and I've been toying with the notion of doing a BladeRunner map. Never mind that now though - I'll just go out and buy a new PC to run UT2003 on now. My hat is off to the person that made that - it looks superb!
