The last question that Deckard asks Rachael whilst administering the V.K. to her involves her attending a stage play. I never see anything that indicates that she replies to the question, but he concludes the interview as if she had and that her answer had furnished proof that she was a replicant. Despite the fact that I've seen this movie numerous times, have I overlooked something, is this where a scene was deleted or changed without modifying the scenes before and after it, or have I lost my mind?

I'm not completely sure about this, but i think that after that last question was asked, Deckard was awaiting a response, and Rachael was either left speechless, couldn't come up with an answer, or she could tell something was amiss (probably the reason Tyrell stepped in at this point).

By not coming up with a quick emotionless quip like she did with the other Questioned....she showed emotions and it gave her away as her emotional responses are different than humans.

If I remember correctly, in DADoES, when that question was asked, Rachel was more disgusted at eating raw oysters than at eating boiled dog, which gave her away as an andy (rep).

I have felt that perhaps replicants have no taste sensory. Rachel seemed to me to not really care what the banquent guests were going to eat. The lack of an emotional response, or any response at all, gave her away.
