Awesome! Someone (who is less lazy than I) should post over there and bring all those new/old BR fans over to BladeZone!

One of the articles online about this replica says Lego gave it to Syd Mead, and that it's the only version of it in the world (Syd, you lucky @#$% 8) ). I was a Lego nut as a kid (Mom's from Denmark, the birthplace of Lego), and aside from LegoLand itself, this is just about the coolest Lego invention I've ever seen!!

Can't wait to see the first Lego "BR re-enactment" fan movies on YouTube someday, unless Michel Gondry decides to go for broke and make a full-scale Lego feature film

This is cool.
LEGO should release the whole Blade Runner theme so the kids have something nice to play around with. In other words. We!!! ;)

Those spinners rock. And hell yes! There should be Technic Lego sets! The spinners and other vehicles would be great for that kind of thing.

That's it: I'm going home and pulling a Richard Dreyfuss in CEOT3K this weekend, and building a ceiling-high Tyrell Pyramid out of Legos in my living room. Will keep you posted re: how many hours elapse before the wife walks out on me

Oh yes. Very nice! The difficult part is to find the right pieces, I guess (obviously...). Recently, I bought a bunch of Lego pieces... More than 5Kg... expecting to find the right ones to build my own Spinner! But... perhaps the building will be easier if scale is larger.

@ jfuste

You can buy single bricks at the lego website.
Or you use the Lego Creator tool.
