Welll... the rights belong to BR Partnersip right? But during the flow of years, the C64 game fell into obscurity, only a certain small group of BR fans/comp geeks were interested in it (myself too, altho it didnt run so good on my PC).
I think, it wouldnt be completely legal, but I also think nobody would sue you for doing that...

I'm glad too say,, that a friend and I have officially started this task.
Its just a little irritating... when you think you close,but then some stupid little problem comes into play and sets you back another century!
