Hiya all.

i was just wondering if any 1 knows the name of the music that comes up when u meet clovis in the moonbus at the end..its a piano solo.
If so, does any 1 else know how 1 can get hold of it....from sum games i can go to my hardrive an select the pieces of music or audio that the game had...but this isnt the same for bladerunner.

i think i have it. i extracted it via XCC mixer. i converted all the sounds and music i have to mp3, but quality isnt the best, but can be improved. i dont know the name, but i think know what song your talking about.

i just checked my BR MP3 remix list, when exctracted, its title is "441D04C3"

i would call it...farewell clovis.

i could FTP it to my website, if that's ok. it should be, since the blade runner game isnt in copyright (if that's what you call it) or whatever. just be grateful im not selling it on ebay

Does any 1 know how ta use this xxc mixer...
ive downloaded it an when i want to extract a bladerunner file it tells me to save it and when i save it on my desktop...an try to open it with media player it says the format is not supported...
hav i dun sumin wrong or hav i forgotten to do sumin?
ive got no idea so a reply would b appreciated.

open music.mix (maybe its sounds.mix, cant remember)

right-click the file, and click "EXPOT AS WAV" or something to that effect. its very easy. just try if you cant figure it out. i explained it before on another thread, i cant remember which one though. it should still be in the game forum, it wasnt more than 2 months ago.

thanks kipple. it was also posted somewhere else, which is where i first learned about xcc mixer. that was about 2 years ago though.

does any 1 know the exact version of xcc mixer that would extract the bladerunner files, i may hav downloaded the wrong version or im not opening the rite files coz every time i extract a file the screen freezes...it may b a bug...
anywayz...plz send me a link to the version of xcc mixer u guys downloaded an know that it works, then i could start tryin again.

I've managed to get the mixer programe an hav got all the audio file...
however i havnt been able ta see the video files( vqa), for the music files i clicked on "copy as wav - PCM" an then i could play it with window's media doing the same for video only allows me to hear the dialogue but not see the images.

P.S there was sum dialogue i had neva heard in the game, guess i'll play it again

yeah, centauro also told us about some missing audio, but ive never heard it because ive never extracted the movies as PCM, ive always done then as image files. i should go back and extract some videos as PCM, now that i know what to extract them as.
