Last and ONLY METAL C&S Blaster to go on Ebay

Dear Friends,

I hope you will forgive and understand this:

I have decided to place the last and only non-preordered (It was the safety spare) METAL C&S Model on ebay at auction.

You can see it and bid on it at:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 7623373701

I am also calling it the last model because I do not think I will be doing another run of these in metal.

There just is too much cost and time in these to make them on spec, that is: with no down payments, thus not knowing if I will have the sales when I get them finished after months and months of work.

And it keeps me up at nights and causes bad feelings to take down payments and then take so long in building them.

It is a "lose lose" problem.

I hope it goes to a good home.

I'm sure you get it enough but... kudos Rich. Honestly... the history and production value associated with this edition should make it the grail of anyone's collection. I was fortunate enough to get hold of one of your former editions with plastic parts, and it's still magnificent (albeit the silver paint is chipping... my neice was playing with it! Hence it is now on a higher shelf...)

A fitting end to a legendary body of work. =D>

That's good news indeed. Not too many could afford such quality... ;) but there will always be some, that's for sure. Whenever I look at pics of such quality work as yours, I feel like a child drooling over that wonderful toy.
