Harrison Ford talks about Blade Runner (finally!)

Just finished watching the show "The Directors" featuring the career of Ridley Scott. They were discussing Scott's films chronologically and as they were approaching the time period of Blade Runner, I half-expected it would be given short-shrift compared to his more financially successful films. But ... surprise, surprise ... they spent what seemed like a good ten minutes discussing the film and showing clips. What was even more surprising was a new interview with Harrison Ford. Who (even more surprisingly) seemed very positive about the film and about Ridley. Furthermore, the new DVD must not be dead ... Ridley mentioned the process of going back to the original negatives and digitally remastering, as well as mentioning it would be a three DVD set! Encore will rebroadcast the show on May 27th. Definately worth watching!

Man, I really wish I saw it. I'll have to try and catch it on the 27th. At least its a really positive message that the 3 disc DVD set will still be produced!

good call maybe we should do the same as when they showed that BR footage on A&E was it?

Are you sure this interview with Ridley Scott happened recently? If it is then I think I'm feel dizzy.
